| Download Application Form According to Article V, “Architectural Control”, of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Somerset Farms, a Planned Unit Development, no building, fence or other structure shall be commenced, erected or maintained upon any property in the development, nor shall any exterior addition or improvement to or change or alteration (including painting and re-painting) be made until the plans and specifications showing the nature, kind, shape, height, materials, color and location of the same shall have been submitted to and approved in writing as to harmony of external design and location in relations to surrounding structures and topography. The Board of Directors reviews all architectural applications.
